The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sexual exploitation of children.
• Sexual abuse of children.
• Sexual solicitation or grooming of minors.
• Sexualization of minors.
• Sharing, requesting, creating, possessing, or distributing CSAM.
• Sexual or exploitative imagery involving minors.
• Sexual conversations involving minors.
• Attempts to arrange sexual contact with minors.
• Encouraging or facilitating child exploitation.
• Links or references that facilitate access to CSAM.
• Trading, selling, requesting, or distributing CSAM.
• Using Darlyi to identify, target, recruit, or exploit minors.
• Any other conduct involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

Any account found to be involved in prohibited child-safety activity may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.

Where appropriate and legally required, Darlyi may preserve relevant information and report suspected illegal activity to appropriate law-enforcement authorities or relevant child-protection organizations.

Individuals under 18 are not permitted to:

• Create a Darlyi account.
• Register for Darlyi.
• Use Darlyi features.
• Participate in chats.
• Participate in live interactions.
• Upload content.
• Communicate with other users through Darlyi.
• Use Darlyi for social or entertainment purposes.

Users must provide accurate age information during registration where requested.

We may take reasonable measures to identify and remove accounts that we reasonably believe belong to individuals under 18.

If an account is determined to belong to a minor, Darlyi may immediately restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate that account.

Darlyi strictly prohibits the creation, upload, storage, transmission, distribution, solicitation, or sharing of CSAM through any Darlyi feature.

This prohibition applies to:

• Profile photographs.
• Photos.
• Videos.
• Posts.
• Stories.
• Comments.
• Messages.
• Audio communications.
• Video communications.
• Live content.
• Links.
• Files.
• Any other content transmitted through Darlyi.

Attempting to obtain, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate access to CSAM is strictly prohibited.

Darlyi prohibits grooming or other attempts to establish inappropriate or exploitative relationships with minors.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Attempting to contact minors for sexual purposes.
• Asking a minor to move communications to another platform for sexual purposes.
• Requesting sexual photographs or videos from a minor.
• Offering money, gifts, credits, or other benefits in exchange for sexual content involving a minor.
• Manipulating, threatening, coercing, or blackmailing a minor.
• Attempting to arrange an in-person sexual encounter with a minor.
• Encouraging a minor to conceal communications from parents, guardians, or authorities.

Any such activity may result in immediate account termination and escalation to appropriate authorities.

Darlyi provides mechanisms for users to report suspected child-safety violations.

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve:

• A minor using Darlyi.
• Child sexual exploitation.
• CSAM.
• Grooming.
• Sexual solicitation of a minor.
• Child endangerment.
• Attempts to exploit a child.
• Other serious child-safety concerns.

You should report it immediately using the available “Report”, “Customer Support”, or other reporting functionality within Darlyi.

When submitting a report, provide as much relevant information as possible, such as:

• Username or profile information.
• Relevant content.
• Date and approximate time.
• Description of the suspected violation.
• Any other information that may assist our investigation.

Darlyi may take action when we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account or activity violates these Child Safety & Protection Standards, our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Darlyi may take immediate action against accounts involved in suspected CSAE or other serious child-safety violations.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Restricting the account.
• Removing prohibited content.
• Preventing further communication or interaction.
• Permanently terminating the account.
• Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate.
• Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Darlyi does not permit users to continue using the platform while engaging in serious child-safety violations.

Darlyi may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies and authorized child-protection organizations when required or permitted by applicable law.

Where legally required, we may provide relevant information in response to valid legal requests, court orders, or other lawful processes.

In circumstances involving serious and suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse, Darlyi may report relevant activity to appropriate authorities or reporting organizations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Darlyi takes privacy and information security seriously when handling child-safety reports.

Information associated with reports may be processed for purposes including:

• Investigating reported activity.

If you become aware of serious child-safety activity on Darlyi, please report it rather than interacting with or redistributing the material.

Darlyi's content rules apply to all forms of user-generated content.

Child-safety restrictions apply regardless of whether content is:

• Public.
• Private.
• Shared through direct messages.
• Uploaded to a profile.
• Posted in a community.
• Shared through live features.
• Sent through audio or video features.
• Shared through any other Darlyi functionality.

Darlyi continuously evaluates and improves its safety practices.

Our child-safety efforts may include:

Users must not attempt to circumvent Darlyi's child-safety protections or enforcement actions.

This includes:

• Creating a new account after being permanently banned.
• Using another person's account.
• Using false identity information.
• Circumventing age restrictions.
• Attempting to bypass content moderation.
• Using technical methods to evade detection.
• Moving prohibited activity between Darlyi features.

Attempts to circumvent safety controls may result in permanent termination and, where appropriate, further legal action.
