Detailed User, Host & Agency Guidelines

A. You Must

1. Be at least 18 years old

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create or use a Darlyi account.
• You must provide accurate information about your age.
• You must not create, access, or operate an account on behalf of a person under 18.
• You must not misrepresent your age to gain access to Darlyi.
• If Darlyi requests age or identity verification, you must provide valid and authentic information or documentation where legally permitted.
• Darlyi may restrict or terminate an account if there is reasonable evidence that the account belongs to a person under 18.

2. Respect Hosts and other users

You must treat other members of the Darlyi community with dignity and respect. You must:

• Communicate respectfully in chats, calls, comments, and other interactions.
• Respect another person's boundaries and decisions.
• Avoid insulting, humiliating, mocking, or degrading others.
• Respect differences in appearance, gender, language, culture, nationality, background, or personal preferences.
• Stop an interaction when another user clearly indicates that they do not wish to continue.

3. Use appropriate and respectful language

You must maintain appropriate communication throughout your use of Darlyi. You must not use language that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, degrading, discriminatory, or intentionally offensive.

Humor, jokes, slang, or comments that are reasonably likely to make another person uncomfortable or unsafe may also violate these Guidelines.

4. Report inappropriate or suspicious activity

If you encounter harassment, fraud, abuse, inappropriate content, impersonation, exploitation, or other violations, report the activity through Darlyi's available reporting or support channels.

Where requested, provide useful information such as username, profile details, date/time, screenshots, and an incident description. You must not knowingly submit false or malicious reports.

B. You Must Not

1. Post or send vulgar, obscene, sexual, or offensive content

• Send pornographic or sexually explicit messages.
• Share nude or sexually explicit photographs or videos.
• Request sexually explicit material from another person.
• Use sexually explicit language or gestures.
• Make sexual comments about another person's body or appearance.
• Share links to pornography or other prohibited adult content.
• Use abusive, hateful, or degrading language.

2. Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate others

• Repeatedly contact someone after they have indicated that they do not want further communication.
• Threaten, blackmail, extort, stalk, or intimidate another person.
• Engage in persistent unwanted communication.
• Use racist, sexist, discriminatory, or hateful language.
• Encourage others to harass or threaten someone.

3. Request, exchange, or distribute explicit content

• Ask another user for nude or sexually explicit photographs or videos.
• Send explicit photographs or videos.
• Pressure or manipulate another person into providing intimate content.
• Threaten to distribute private or intimate content.
• Distribute another person's private content without permission.

4. Attempt to obtain personal contact information improperly

You must not pressure, manipulate, deceive, or repeatedly ask another user to provide personal contact information, including phone numbers, WhatsApp/Telegram handles, social media accounts, emails, or physical addresses.

5. Create fake profiles or impersonate another person

• Use another person's photographs without authorization.
• Pretend to be another person or create an account using a false identity.
• Misrepresent material information about yourself.
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement.
• Use manipulated identity documents or verification materials.

Hosts are individuals who participate in Darlyi's host, live, video, audio, or other monetized interaction programs, where applicable.

A. You Must

1. Be at least 18 years old and complete verification

All Hosts must satisfy Darlyi's applicable eligibility and verification requirements. Where required, Hosts must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate personal information.
• Submit valid government-issued identification or verification documents requested by Darlyi.
• Provide authentic photographs or verification materials.
• Ensure submitted documents are genuine, valid, and unaltered.
• Complete any additional verification process required by Darlyi.

2. Maintain professional and respectful behavior

Hosts must communicate respectfully, maintain professional conduct during interactions, respect user boundaries, avoid insults or harassment, remain calm during difficult interactions, and report misconduct rather than retaliate.

3. Conduct communications through Darlyi where required

Where Darlyi's Host program requires platform-only communication, Hosts must conduct applicable chats, calls, live sessions, and monetized interactions exclusively through Darlyi. Hosts must not encourage users to move conversations to WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or external platforms, nor bypass Darlyi's monetization systems.

4. Follow Darlyi's content and appearance standards

Hosts must follow Darlyi's content, safety, and presentation requirements. Hosts must not display nudity, perform sexually explicit acts, engage in prohibited sexual content, display obscene material, or expose private areas of the body.

5. Report abusive or inappropriate users

Hosts should promptly report users who harass or threaten them, request prohibited content, attempt to obtain private contact info, attempt off-platform payment bypasses, or engage in fraud.

B. Hosts Must Not

1. Share personal contact information

Hosts must not share personal contact details (phone numbers, WhatsApp/Telegram handles, personal emails, home addresses, private locations, personal social media accounts) where doing so violates platform rules.

2. Move monetized interactions outside Darlyi

• Conduct Darlyi-related paid interactions through WhatsApp or external apps.
• Accept direct payments from Darlyi users for Darlyi-related services.
• Request UPI, bank transfers, wallets, or direct payments to bypass Darlyi.
• Encourage users to circumvent Darlyi's payment or coin systems.
• Use external platforms to avoid Darlyi's applicable fees, rules, or monitoring.

3. Engage in sexually explicit or prohibited behavior

Hosts must not perform sexual acts, display nudity, encourage sexual activity, use sexually explicit gestures/language, provide/request pornographic material, or pressure users into inappropriate activity.

4. Request money, gifts, or favors outside the Platform

Hosts must not request direct UPI/bank transfers, ask for money through external wallets, request financial favors outside the platform, or manipulate users into providing external benefits.

5. Promote external platforms or services

Hosts must not use Darlyi to promote or solicit users for Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, other dating apps, adult platforms, or external businesses unless expressly authorized by Darlyi.

Agencies participating in Darlyi's Host or creator programs are responsible for ensuring that their Hosts comply with Darlyi's policies and applicable agreements.

A. Agencies Must

1. Ensure all Hosts are 18+ and verified

• Verify that every Host is at least 18 years old.
• Collect required identity documents where applicable.
• Submit authentic and valid verification information.
• Ensure that identity documents belong to the relevant Host.
• Cooperate with Darlyi's verification and compliance procedures.
• Immediately notify Darlyi if they become aware of fraudulent identity information.

2. Train Hosts on Darlyi policies

Agencies must provide appropriate guidance regarding Darlyi's Community Guidelines, prohibited content, appropriate communication, user safety, privacy, reporting procedures, platform-only communication rules, and payment monetization compliance.

3. Ensure Hosts follow Darlyi's platform requirements

Agencies must ensure their Hosts use Darlyi as required, do not circumvent platform rules, do not solicit users for external platforms, do not request direct payments, and maintain professional conduct.

4. Monitor Host compliance

Agencies are expected to monitor Host conduct, address legitimate complaints promptly, take corrective action, cooperate with Darlyi investigations, and report serious or repeated violations to Darlyi.

B. Agencies Must Not

1. Encourage Hosts to bypass Darlyi

Agencies must not ask Hosts to collect users' personal numbers, encourage communication through external platforms, help Hosts circumvent payment systems, or instruct Hosts to violate policies.

2. Force Hosts into unwanted or prohibited activities

Agencies must not force Hosts to perform sexual/inappropriate activities, pressure Hosts to violate rules, threaten Hosts, coerce Hosts, or impose unlawful penalties. Agencies must respect the dignity, safety, and legal rights of their Hosts.

3. Submit false or manipulated documents

Agencies must not submit fake identity documents, alter government-issued documents, use another person's documents, create false Host identities, or misrepresent age/identity.

4. Exploit or unfairly manipulate Hosts

Agencies must not unfairly withhold Host earnings, deduct unauthorized commissions, misrepresent payment terms, or treat Hosts in an abusive or degrading manner.

Users, Hosts, and Agencies are encouraged to report suspected violations through Darlyi's available reporting or support channels.

When reporting an issue, provide accurate and relevant information whenever possible.

Darlyi may review reports, account activity, content, and other relevant information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Users, Hosts, and Agencies must cooperate reasonably with legitimate investigations into suspected violations.

If Darlyi determines that a user, Host, or Agency has violated these Guidelines, Darlyi may take one or more appropriate actions, including:

• Removing or restricting content.
• Issuing a warning.
• Restricting specific features.
• Temporarily suspending an account.
• Permanently terminating an account.
• Removing a Host from the Host program.
• Suspending or terminating an Agency partnership.
• Restricting or delaying platform-related payments where permitted by applicable agreements and law.
• Restricting future participation.
• Preserving relevant information for safety, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
• Reporting serious conduct to appropriate authorities where required or legally permitted.

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, seriousness, frequency, and circumstances of the violation. Darlyi may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect users, Hosts, Agencies, the Platform, or the public.

Users, Hosts, and Agencies must not attempt to circumvent or interfere with Darlyi's:

• Account verification systems.
• Identity verification procedures.
• Reporting mechanisms.
• Moderation systems.
• Payment systems.
• Security controls.
• Account restrictions.
• Suspension or termination measures.

Creating another account to evade a suspension or termination is strictly prohibited.

Darlyi may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable law, safety requirements, or business practices.

When appropriate, Darlyi may notify users of material changes through the App, website, email, or other available communication methods.

Continued use of Darlyi after the effective date of updated Guidelines constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines, subject to applicable law.
